A Positive Attitude

Our thoughts are mainly responsible for our actions. Ultimately, what we think is who we are.
We all have the ability to dream, visualize and control our thoughts. By dreaming and visualizing we can paint a picture in our minds that reflects the outcome of our hopes. By consciously controlling our thoughts we can distance ourselves from negative thinking patterns that are ultimately responsible for unfavorable results in our lives.

The foundation of a positive attitude lies in our thinking, while the foundation of achievement lies in our ability to visualize and focus on the desired outcome as we enjoy what we do to get there.

If we succeed in controlling our thoughts by mostly focusing on what life has to offer rather than what we currently can’t see in our lives, we will attract positive circumstances. The moment we can see and feel what we do want, we will have built the foundation to manifest our vision.

Spend a moment in silence each day, close your eyes, visualize your desired outcome and imagine what it feels like.

“A positive mental attitude not only helps you visualize what you want, it helps you become it”, Wally Amos
